A little smooch

A gift for my other half for our 3 year anniversary. We are just too poor to get each other iPhones, ha.

This is part of a two page spread, an underwater scene where the taxi is a submarine riding a whale shark.

Faces of spring

These are two new pastel drawings from Spring Studio (a studio space for life drawing sessions). I have recently gotten very into pastels because I love the way I can paint with them.

Childrens "Book Dummy" Sketches

I know it has been a long while but for those of you still interested in my work here is what i have been doing. The name of the book is "Driving with Mom" and it is a loose representation of my life as a child driving around with my mother who drives a yellow taxi in New York City.

The Goddess show

This was for an exhibit at the Agni gallery on east 2nd Street. The theme was "GODdess" and you could paint or create anything you wanted for your interpretation of that theme.

These three painting below were for the "Part Art Show", in NYC this past Friday. The show has all the artists do paintings on vinyl records. They were pretty fun to do and it was really a nice change of pace.
